摘要: Nous rapportons ici un cas de couverture microchirurgicale du dos et la pointe nez, effectue chez malade 40 ans, victime d'une morsure humaine. Exposant columelle, les cartilages alaires partie distale septum nasal, perte substance cutanee a ete reconstruite l'aide d'un lambeau libre retroauriculaire preleve sur le pedicule temporal superficiel transfere vaisseaux labiaux superieurs, dans sillon nasogenien. Grâce l'analogie sa texture coloration avec teguments ce s'est parfaitement integre region centrofaciale reconstruite. Ses indications potentielles, avantages, inconvenients variantes techniques sont discutes present travail.
