摘要: The aim of this pilot study was to examine whether chair yoga effective in reducing pain level and improving physical function emotional well-being a sample community-dwelling older adults with osteoarthritis. One-way repeated measures analysis variance performed the effectiveness at baseline, midpoint (4 weeks), end intervention (8 weeks). Although stiffness osteoarthritis, it not or depressive symptoms.
