摘要: OBJECTIVE—To determine the evolution of levels total serum ferritin and percentage glycosylated form in patients with adult onset Still's disease (AOSD) at time diagnosis during follow up. METHODS—All AOSD were tested up. Total analysed by immunoassay, was determined methods using Sepharose-Con A. RESULTS—14 (eight women, six men) enrolled. At diagnosis, mean (SD) age 36 (16) years. Mean initial 6350 (1300) µg/l (normal 50%). up 37 (35) months. last examination all remission except one, who presented a chronic articular form. remained high this single patient normal 13 others, 98 (73) µg/l. In low, 16 (16)%. CONCLUSION—Total is marker active phase AOSD. The low both remission. Further studies are needed to confirm these data their specificity for before considering any possible use as diagnostic tool suspected AOSD, especially when atypical or previously treated.
