摘要: Abstract We report measurements of the dielectric permittivity, optical conductivity and magnetic circular dichroism (MCD) epitaxial Mn2GaC MAX-phase thin film in an external field up to 200 mT, at temperatures 296 140 K 1.4 3.5 eV. The MCD spectra show absorption peaks which are consistent with interband electronic transitions for different positions Mn, Ga, C ions as confirmed by theoretical calculations spin-dependent density states. well-known structural phase transition 214 K is also seen changes optical, magneto-optical surface properties our experiment.
