摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter compares the synaptic efficacy of excitatory and inhibitory terminals ending on partially deafferented vestibular neurons in acutely chronically operated frog. It divides comparison into four sections: (1) analysis input via commissural fibers, (2) description crossed uncrossed inhibition neurons, (3) modifications cerebellar output during compensation, (4) temporal sequence these modifications. Microelectrode recordings were obtained from animals that hemilabyrinthectomized either (up to 12 h) or 3 days (at least 60 days) before experiment. Terminals other pathways such as commissure, Purkinje cells, brain stem increase their efficacy. The characteristic changes shape indices post-synaptic potentials recorded nucleus suggest reactive synaptogenesis may have occurred. These mechanisms can be assumed present part basis for behaviorally observed tonic dynamic, reflexes compensation.
