摘要: Purpose The purpose of this paper is to understand consumer preferences for green vehicles with low fuel consumption and emission. It will examine six important vehicle attributes, including efficiency CO2 emissions, determine the impacts increasing demand attributes on domestic car industry in Sweden. Design/methodology/approach Responses an adaptive choice-based conjoint experiment from a sample 100 residents Northern Sweden were analyzed using monotone regression market simulation. Findings The authors found that sensitive changes emission levels. However, engine power was most attribute existing owners whereas price one potential customers, while both segments valued more than efficiency. Also, producer benefit increase size share if all new have higher but its decrease lower emissions. Social implications Although promoting purchase beneficial environment, policy makers also need balance against any adverse effect economy.
