摘要: Exercise training (T) was accomplished in 21 mongrel dogs. The animals were instrumented to measure ascending aortic flow, left ventricular pressure, and atrial pressure. They allowed recover for 4 wk following surgery before accomplishing a standardized submaximal test (SMT). exercise program alternated daily between sprint endurance training. During T, the tested while lying quietly on laboratory table as well during SMT. In six animals, function curves (VFC) obtained by rapid volume loading at similar time intervals Heart rate increased SMT but found be reduced T an average of 20 beats/min. maximum derivative pressure (P) 2,200 Torr/s above untrained animals. VFC lower than because reduction heart response. Results indicate reflex adaptation nervous system with improve cardiac function.
