摘要: A test jig structure is presented, which includes a frame, substrate, and carrying plate. The substrate disposed in an accommodation space inside the frame. At least one slide rail formed on substrate. straight segment bending connected to segment, angle exists between segment. plate has at guiding member, slides back forth through so that can displace load position or correspondingly.
