摘要: An unusual case of superinfected thrombosis the portal and superior mesenteric veins is presented. Thrombus gas within system were accurately detected by CT. A necrotic segment distal small bowel was believed to be responsible for findings. Prompt recognition this rare entity rapid initiation adequate therapy may aid in improving outcome usually fatal condition.
