摘要: This paper studies the problem of placing two point fingers to cage a mobile rigid body in Euclidean space arbitrary dimension. (To an object is arrange obstacles so that all motions are bounded). shows if compact connected contractible caged by points, then it either stretching or squeezing both, where means trapped even given freedom moving apart, and closer. result generalizes previous Vahedi van der Stappen [18] which applied points trapping polygon plane. Our use topological approach led generalization, may lead further generalizations insights.
