摘要: The aim of this study is to investigate the role hepatic stellate cells (HSCs) and effect vitamin A administration on liver damage induced by bile duct ligation (BDL) CCl4. Two types animal model were used; one was BDL as a biliary atresia, other CCl4-induced fibrosis. Pathological changes with or without compared light electron microscopy focusing HSCs in each experimental group. Immunohistochemical examination performed anti-keratinocyte growth factor (KGF), anti-alpha-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA), anti-glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) antibodies, markers On microscopic findings, periportal inflammation ductular proliferation obvious group pericentral necrosis fatty degeneration observed CCl4 group, both which ameliorated subcutaneous injection A. Electron showed lipid droplets almost depleted treated CCl4, improved administration. Immunohistochemistry demonstrated that enhanced expression all three fibrotic diminished Although most our data are qualitative observation, may ameliorate fibrosis restoring HSCs.
