摘要: Although chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is the most common adult in Western world, it remains incurable with conventional chemotherapeutic agents. Tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-related apoptosis-inducing ligand (TRAIL) an antitumor candidate cancer therapy. This study examines proapoptotic effects of poly(propylene imine) (PPI) glycodendrimers modified maltotriose residues (PPI-G4-OS-Mal-III and PPI-G4-DS-Mal-III) on TNF family CLL cells. The combination understanding signaling pathways associated development a molecular profiling key issue for design personalized approaches to Gene expression determined two-color microarray 8 × 60K. findings indicate that PPI-G4-OS/DS-Mal-III affect gene from TRAIL apoptotic pathway exert strong effect cells comparable fludarabine. Dendrimer-targeted technology may well prove bridge gap between ineffective treatment today effective therapy future.
