摘要: Disclosed is a multilayered microporous foam dressing 1-7 mm thick, having three-ply structure consisting of an outer protective film layer 10-90 μm intermediate absorbent containing numerous open cells with average diameter 80-400 μm, and wound-contacting 0.1-200 thick pores 60 μm. A method for preparing the also disclosed. 40-75 wt % polyurethane prepolymer, 15-45 foaming agent, 5-35 crosslinking 0.5-15 additives, including surfactant, humectant, releasing antibacterial agents, dyes, cell growth factors, etc., are mixed by stirring, mixture injected into mold coated allowed to be expanded therein. While being maintained at temperature 30-60° C., opened 5-10 min after injection. With this structure, shows high moisture permeability, absorptivity, low wound adherence, as well defending against infiltration bacteria impurities.
