摘要: This study unravels the underlying mechanisms that influence entrepreneurs’ behavior during startup process. Theories of entrepreneurial have assumed entrepreneurs try to achieve goals—profit, sales, job satisfaction, autonomy, name a few. Yet, past studies are silent about how keep making efforts toward business startups while not achieving goals for prolonged period time. If hard reach and unable assess their achievement level goals, do they manage process? What factors effort startup? Based on individual daily records, this thesis suggests manipulate affective states through thus able engaged in despite high uncertainty levels. I analyze behavior, emotions, perceptions as uncertain future unfolds them. By using research methods avoid recollection bias, present model interrelated, what triggers increase or decrease startups. contributes further understanding by suggesting alternative drivers processes: happiness contentment.
