摘要: The predictability of the phenylephrine test and efficacy Muller's muscle-conjunctival resection procedure in management blepharoptosis six cases Horner's syndrome were assessed. Before testing or surgery, an average 2.3 mm ptosis was present. Topical elevated upper lids 2.2 mm. amount elevation produced by guided muscle conjunctiva resected. Postoperative lid levels exactly symmetrical five patients. In one patient previously ptotic 0.5 higher than contralateral lid. Even though is rendered nonfunctional denervation, proved to be a very effective method treating this setting. Our findings imply that mechanism which alleviates independent active contraction muscle.
