摘要: In Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, cogeneration based desalination processes consume almost 25% of the total annual energy and it is increasing at 2.2% annually. The high fresh water demand attributed to gross domestic product (GDP) growth rate, 24%, languishes, more than 10%. Over past two decades, GCC countries have spent tens billion dollars expand their present planned capacities. It foreseeable that with business-as-usual scenario, oil consumption Saudi Arabia may exceed its production capacity by 2040. Innovative sustainable solutions are needed urgently for future supplies without environment impact. this paper, a hybrid cycle proposed integrating multi cascaded-evaporators (CE) an adsorption (AD). new innovative cycle, AD desorbed vapors supplied CE exploit latent condensation within evaporators arranged in both pressures-temperatures cascaded manner improves performance ratio (PR) cycle. Hybrid shows 10 folds improvement as compared conventional due synergetic effect. This concept demonstrated laboratory pilot plant using 3 simulation 8
