摘要: Monocytes are heterogeneous effector cells involved in the maintenance and restoration of tissue integrity. However, their response to hyperlipidemia remains poorly understood. Here, we report that presence elevated levels triglyceride-rich lipoproteins, induced by administration poloxamer 407, blood numbers non-classical Ly6C/Gr1low monocytes drop, while number bone marrow progenitors similar. We observed an increased crawling retention Gr1low at endothelial interface a marked accumulation CD68+ macrophages several organs. Hypertriglyceridemia was accompanied expression tissue, plasma CCL4 monocyte depletion pertussis-toxin-sensitive receptor axis. Collectively, these findings demonstrate environment can alter distribution, promoting extravasation cells. The behavior dyslipidemia highlights significant impact high lipoproteins may have on innate immune
