Detection of chlordanes by positive ion chemical ionization in an ion trap: a comparitive study of the non‐conventional reagents acetonitrile, acrylonitrile and dichloromethane

摘要: The detection of some chlordane compounds (heptachlor, cis-/trans-chlordane and cis-/trans-nonachlor) by positive ion chemical ionization (PICI) in an trap was studied using acetonitrile, acrylonitrile dichloromethane as non-conventional reagent gases. These gases initiated specific fragmentation reactions resulted different response factors. All enabled limits the low-pg range for heptachlor, whereas cis-/trans-nonachlor were mid-pg range. Additionally, acetonitrile PICI mass spectra cis- trans-stereoisomers nonachlor different.
