摘要: In this report, we present a study in which look into the possibilities of predicting end-to-end network connection characteristics on mobile handheld devices based historical data. These include throughput, packet-loss and round trip time. We base these predictions relevant timeframe past interface they were recorded on. also software framework that performs measurements, storage prediction characteristics.
