摘要: Abstract Recently, a growing number of nano-scale drug carrier systems (e.g., drug–polymer conjugates, liposomes, and polymeric micelles) attract great attention for targeting cancer therapy due to passively selective accumulation at solid tumor tissues subsequent anti-cancer activity. However, the present systems, target-selective delivery release loaded drugs are incapable control completely. To overcome these current issues, stimuli-responsive carriers have been developed as next-generation systems. If can be delivered target sites via passive then released from by external physical signals, termed “multi-targeting systems” which quite attractive achieving site pharmaceutical action with reducing adverse effects. As possible temperature change is one useful stimuli its low invasiveness living body system simple site-selective application using medical devices. install temperature-responsive function carriers, polymers play significant roles in signal-triggering carrier-interaction cells tissues. This review introduces several molecular designs discusses their potentials smart an effective chemotherapy.
