摘要: We report a method to fabricate carbon nanotubes (CNT)/conducting polymer composite films for the application of CNTs field emission displays. The was prepared by combination electrochemical polymerization pyrrole and electrophoretic deposition CNTs. obtained uniform CNT/conducting polypyrrole film. were mainly coated on protrusions film emitted electrons without rubbing stretching. realized triode-type array (FEA) using CNT/polypyrrol composite. This FEA showed that current modulated gate voltage 30 V. morphology characteristics studied optical microscopy, scanning electron an test in vacuum.
