摘要: Purpose. To assess the effect of fatty acid substitution a micelle-forming poly(ethylene oxide)-block-poly(N-hexyl stearate-L-aspartamide) (PEO-b-PHSA) on encapsulation, hemolytic properties and antifungal activity amphotericin B (AmB).
