摘要: Sol–gel aluminosilicate glasses containing 1 mol% of Fe2O3 and different amounts Al2O3 (1; 2; 3; 4; 6 8 mol%) have been investigated. The ultraviolet–visible–near infrared spectrophotometry (UV–VIS–NIR), electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR), X-ray diffraction (XRD) scanning microscopy (SEM), has employed to obtain information about the structural evolution samples. concentration Al2O3, treatment temperature furnace atmosphere play an important role in incorporation iron. samples, air under reducing conditions, results remarkable changes UV–VIS–NIR EPR spectra. In samples were detected nanoparticles. low blocking nanoparticles magnetic moments clearly evidenced derivative spectra at temperatures.
