摘要: Photoelectric work functions of flat thin metal oxides interest as potential field emission sources for displays have been measured using ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy. The samples which include molybdenum, lanthanum strontium cobalt oxide, lead zirconium titanate, niobium titanate also characterized with X-ray spectroscopy and diffraction In addition, measurements made molybdenum coated tips single tip-gated aperture diodes mounted on a micromechanical motion control system. these measurements, an electron decelerating lens hemispherical spectrometer is positioned behind the gated so emitted electrons passing through may be decelerated their energy distribution measured. characteristics distributions were at different electric strengths to determine range validity Fowler-Nordheim equation various emitter surfaces.
