摘要: Studies on tetanus neurotoxin (TeNT) as an antigen have been informative at a basic level and are continuing to expand our knowledge of what makes effective immunogen, how we might be able exploit the biochemistry physiology antigen-presenting cells (APC) make yet more immunogens. This review deals with two related aspects TeNT antigen: (a) immunological responses T B cell in humans possibility exploiting wider context immunotherapy, (b) some biology processing human lymphoblastoid cells.
