摘要: Internet topology measurement studies rely on a few vantage points to trace towards large number of destinations. Such traces contain significant overlaps, which increase the traffic and duration. As there is considerable redundancy in generated probes, researchers have been exploring probe reduction approaches with minimal loss topological information. To decrease probing overhead, this paper, we propose ingress based technique relies an Autonomous System (AS) target subnetworks. identify for each subnetwork AS, first subnet prefixes announced via BGP. After identifying subnetworks, subsequent conducted point reachability ingresses. Additionally, present how utilize subnets tree approaches. shown experimental study 10 ASes, considerably reduce overhead while minimizing
