摘要: Abstract The synthesis, photophysicochemical properties and photodynamic activity (PDT) of tetra-pyridyloxy (1,2) benzothiazole (3, 4) substituted indium (III) (1,3) zinc (2, phthalocyanines (Pcs) their incorporation into Pluronic® F127 Pluronic L121/F127 mixed micelles (the latter for 3 4 only) are presented in this study. InPcs exhibited higher singlet oxygen (ΦΔ) at 0.76 0.68 compared to the ZnPc’s 0.47 0.44 dimethyl sulfoxide. ΦΔ values presence water, were 0.39 0.42 0.23 0.37 ZnPc. F127/L121 complex 0.51 0.29 water. Kp was determined using water octanol system. had larger suggesting that they more likely be taken up by cancer cells hence showed better PDT activity.
