摘要: Abstract The present work was carried out on a cork company that is dedicated to the production of floating floors and its aim reduce by 15% time it takes perform series changes in one cutting line. research methodology used this action methodology. consisted 5 phases, as follows: 1st - historical data collection setup filming, 2nd footage analysis conduction informal interviews with workers, 3rd flow, Gantt, spaghetti charts creation making an plan based waste improvement opportunities identified video analysis, 4th validation line workers new operating mode created Single Minute Exchange Dies (SMED) tool communication Maintenance department about their role project, 5th placement plasticized cards lines ensure followed carrying actions plan. obtained results are very positive line: after implementation guidelines Final Finishes 2 (AF2), there minutes increase changeover compared initially observed, but being now performed only two not three, occurred.
