摘要: Innovation is paramount to success. Over time firms must maintain their ability innovate in order competitive edge. In this paper we explore the role human resource management has nurturing and enhancing innovative capability of firm. To HRM activities, functions processes that enhance or impede innovativeness conducted a literature review. Following review, 10 propositions have been made link both incremental radical respectively. Our results include suggestions for empirical studies validate our as well some managerial implications.
