摘要: Toll-like receptors (TLRs) play critical roles in host defense against microbes. In the past decade, growing numbers of vitro, vivo and silico studies have been performed revealed physiological significance structural basis their ligands signal transduction, which involves various extracellular, membrane-bound, cytoplasmic nuclear signaling molecules for activation TLR signaling. However, negative regulation TLR-mediated responses is also essential prevention autoimmunity mediated by a number molecules. this review, we will introduce recent advances understanding biology terms pathways.
