Aa' stacked graphite and fabrication method thereof

摘要: Disclosed is AA′ graphite with a new stacking feature of graphene, and fabrication method thereof. Graphene stacked in the sequence where alternate graphene layers exhibiting are translated by half hexagon (1.23 Å). has an interplanar spacing about 3.44 Å larger than that conventional AB (3.35 Å) been known as only crystal pure graphite. This may allow to have unique physical chemical characteristics.
