INTUBATION LESIONS OF THE LARYNX

摘要: One thousand patients were examined immediately after extubation of the trachea at end anaesthesia. Severe lesions larynx detected in 62 (6.2%). The encountered included haematoma, laceration mucous membrane, muscle and subluxation arytenoid cartilage. In spite early diagnosis adequate treatment, it was not possible to avoid an effect on voice nine patients.
