摘要: Fatigue, a common presenting complaint in primary care, is described as lack of energy, sleepiness, tiredness, exhaustion, an inability to get enough rest, or weakness. Thus, fatigue affects quality life. The prevalence rate among patients with HIV infection estimated be 20% 60%, and the disease worsens, may become even more prevalent. causes HIV-related multifactorial include rest exercise, improper inadequate diet; psychological stress including depression anxiety; use recreational substances; anemia; abnormalities thyroid gland hypogonadism; infections; side effects medications; sleep disturbances; fever. This article reviews briefly discusses options for reducing fatigue.
