摘要: Introduction Nocturnal worsening of asthma symptoms is a common feature asthma. Physical exercise training improves general control; however, there no evidence showing the effects physical on nocturnal symptoms. Indeed, patients with daytime and nighttime are physiologically different, thus may also be different in these two groups. The objective this systematic review to explore Methods Searches were conducted MEDLINE, Embase, Cochrane Central Register Controlled Trials, CINAHL SPORTdiscus (last search November 2017). Authors from studies that did not report but used questionnaires and/or diaries contacted for detailed information. Studies provided results before after activity intervention included. Prevalence was calculated each study percentage participants intervention. Results Eleven included (5 children 6 adults). prevalence at baseline ranged 0% 63% among 50-73% adults.
