摘要: Premise of the study: Microsatellite markers were developed for coastal shrub species Scaevola taccada to estimate population genetic structure, which may reflect different seed dispersal patterns. Methods and Results: Thirteen microsatellite primer sets S. using 454 pyrosequencing. The tested on 64 individuals sampled from two populations in Japan. Fragments amplified primers, with one 10 alleles per locus, expected heterozygosity ranged 0.00 0.85. Conclusions: These results indicate utility broad estimations structure this species.
