摘要: This invention pertains to solid-phase oligosynthesis, and more particularly universal solid supports for oligonucleotide synthesis, methods their preparation, use. One aspect of the a method preparation support suitable use in which comprises steps of: (a) reacting pendant functional group (e.g., -NH2) CPG) with linker reagent oxalyl chloride), thereby forming -C(=O)Cl); (b) removing at least portion excess unreacted by evaporation using rotavapor apparatus); and, (c) said cyclic protected inosine), group.
