摘要: A reference value for detecting the initial state before a predetermined time elapses is set immediately after vehicle begins to operate. The functions as relatively accurate indicator indicating that driver highly alert. Thus, it possible accurately determine whether or not alert by comparing aforementioned with blink frequency, which an reflecting current of driver.
