摘要: A liquid crystal display panel (20) and a device are provided. An Nth row of scanning line groups is arranged between an N+1th pixel matrices the (20). Each comprises upper (G2N-1) lower (G2N). The (G2N) in each alternatively connected with gate electrodes thin film transistors adjacent columns matrices. column data lines (SN) 2N-1th 2Nth respectively source to (SN). By control proper sequence, can realize dot inversion so as obtain effect low power consumption clear image, not be affected by uninterrupted changes voltage common electrode color filter substrate.
