摘要: We report on an asymmetric maculopapular exanthem of early childhood. One hundred eighty seven patients (111 girls, 76 boys) were examined over a four-year period, mainly in winter and spring. The first skin lesions appeared the trunk or large flexures limbs. They spread centrifugally, often to contralateral side, two four weeks, disappeared with slight itching moderate desquamation within another weeks. Virologic studies carried out 34 cases; parainfluenzavirus 2, 3, adenoviral infection diagnosed each. chances causal relation between viral symptoms slight; only incidental connection is likely exist disorders infection.
