摘要: Technologically modified spinel ceramics are prepared from Al 2 O 3 and 4MgCO ×Mg(OH) ×5H powders at 1200, 1300 1400 o C. The influence of sintering temperature on porous structure exploitation properties obtained humidity-sensitive MgO-Al studied. It is shown that increasing preparing 1200 to C result in transformation pore size distribution tri- bi-modal including the open macro- mesopores with sizes tem hundreds nm nanopores until a few nm. studied ceramic elements electrical resistances ~ 10 -2 -10 MОhm high humidity sensitive region 30-95 % minimal hysteresis adsorption-desorption cycles. established sensitivity related achievement near optimum quantity pores all regions. Prolonged degradation higher relative lose up 40-50 %. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.5755/j01.ms.21.1.5189
