摘要: Abstract A study was made of a number factors that might be responsible for the unreliable results obtained in experimentally induced pain man. In randomised, double-blind, cross-over on 32 healthy, male volunteers, ischaemic test [14] and several psychological tests were performed. The influence following examined 1. (a) ingestion single, oral doses 1000 mg aspirin (ASA) placebo 2. (b) practice effect 3. (c) initial sensitivity 4. (d) anxiety, coping behaviour, attitude to experiment personality factors. analgesic activity ASA could not demonstrated. An interaction between primary sequence drug administration found. Furthermore, anxiety had marked results. Using experimental models reliable are expected as fluctuates intra- interindividually an unpredictable uncontrollable manner.
