摘要: The attenuation of turbulent pulsations in near-wall flows by means spanwise periodic surface oscillation is examined. A direct numerical simulation the flow a circular pipe with imposed rotational oscillations has shown that for Re=4000 and optimal frequency, degree turbulence increases increase amplitude until relaminarizes. estimated frequency ω+=0.06. results applying theory development coherent structures agree qualitatively those simulation. It concluded intensity reduced because movements weaken longitudinal vortices which cause bursts flows.
