摘要: Abstract Colloidal copper of narrow size distribution in the micrometre range was prepared by two different methods. The first procedure involved reduction uniform spherical particles copper(II) basic carbonate with hydrogen at 150–200 °C. improved method consisted a two-step process which converted to oxide and then treated hydrogen. In order preserve particle integrity, precursor powders were coated small ( ∼ 10 nm) silica (Ludox HS or 130M) before second method, cubic metallic generated situ solutions containing Cu(NO 3 ) 2 , urea NH OH · HCl. uniformity dispersion achieved controlled growth on preformed nuclei.
