摘要: Abstract The ability of β-glucanases to cleave xyloglucans, a family highly decorated β-glucans ubiquitous in plant biomass, has traditionally been overlooked functional biochemical studies. An emerging body data indicates, however, that spectrum xyloglucan specificity resides diverse glycoside hydrolases from range carbohydrate-active enzyme families—including classic “cellulase” families.
