摘要: Abstract The use of various types gel electrophoresis for distinguishing between and identifying plant varieties is well established. This review describes how different electrophoretic techniques [native polyacrylamide (PAGE), sodium dodecyl sulphate PAGE, isoelectric focusing two-dimensional methods] have been utilised in a wide range crop species. fact that there are variety, varying genetic structure, emphasized, the way which this influences choice technique discussed. Other factors need to be borne mind when discussing identification its broad sense also outlined. Some practical applications area mentioned finally future trends variety studies considered.
