摘要: A major chromosomal abnormality was observed in 10.3% of subfertile men this study. This result is similar to a previous survey using the same criteria for selection probands. The high frequency abnormalities emphasizes importance cytogenetic examination men. detection such an should be followed by chromosome analysis patient's family. Prenatal diagnosis indicated if man with abnormal karyotype fathers child.
