摘要: Vasodilators acutely reduce afterload and improve hemodynamics in congestive heart failure. Intravenous nitroprusside reduces left ventricular filling pressure increases cardiac output while modestly reducing blood not changing rate patients with failure whom this response is characteristic. Comparably reduced during infusion normal subjects or hypertensive without results a decrease tachycardia. Long-acting vasodilators are also effective Nitrates, predominant venodilators, as much does, but increase less. Hydralazine, an arterial dilator, similarly to decreases Combining hydralazine nitrates hemodynamic effects almost identical those of nitroprusside. The quinazoline derivatives, trimazosin prazosin, vasodilators, which act on both arteries veins influenced by the underlying status, change directly related base line well systemic vascular resistance, inversely output. Response does appear be altered age, diabetes, acute myocardial infarction cause myocardiopathy.
