摘要: Capillary isotachophoresis (CITP) is one of the fundamental capillary electrophoresis methods with high sample load capacity and concentrating power used for analytical, preconcentration, cleanup, purification purposes. This review serves as an introduction to CITP in a context historic developments primary focus on basic theory, PC simulations, instrumentation aspects, analytical preparative scale, microchip technology, applications. Some possible future trends are discussed, well.
