摘要: The main purpose of this paper is to provide a comprehensive analysis the potential effects variation orders in construction projects Malaysia, which will be helpful for professionals industry assess and take proactive measures mitigate adverse impacts variation. This objective was achieved by carrying out questionnaire survey collect information on variations. Analysis done 33 responses that were collected from are working with developers Penang. Form results, most frequent variations increase project cost, additional payment contractor, overhead expenses, completion schedule delay rework demolition. Then, recommendations suggested based findings previous researches. only touches developers’ view projects. Further researchers can consultants’ contractor’s instead.
