YouTube acceptance by university educators and students: a cross-cultural perspective

摘要: Despite the huge popularity of YouTube, there has been little research into factors affecting educational applications this social medium. This study attempts to predict and compare influencing YouTube acceptance among university students educators in two very different cultures, Japan USA, applying Unified Theory Acceptance Use Technology (UTAUT). Five hundred sixty-nine 56 from Japanese American universities were surveyed assess influence UTAUT-related on these countries. The paper reports findings, proposes further studies offers some suggestions for use education.
